Studying Layout Drawings and working on detailed engineering

The engineering dept has four persons and they can generate an NC program for all types of machines.

Having CAD-CAM software i.e., CATIAV5(AM2), SolidWorks and Solid Cam (Multi-axis pack with turn-mill), Mastercam for Fabrication/ Sheet Metal, and having postprocessor for all software.

Supporting Manufacturing unit by contributing CNC PROGRAM generated from CATIA V5, Solid cam for 3, 4+1, 5 Axis Machines

Providing Manufacturing support for Turning, turn-mill through CNC program generated by Solid Cam, and Sheetmetal through Mastercam.

Machine simulation for optimizing tool paths and Collision detection. We are doing Engineering services like conversion of 2D to 3D, drafting, CNC code generation with proves out.
