Quality Control and Assurance

Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM):

This CMM includes a “Best-In-Class” RDS motorized probe holder which has the capability of reaching 20,376 positions in increments of 2.5° using styli as small as 0.3mm in diameter. To improve reliability and accuracy, the RDS is coupled with the Vast XXT probe which enables constant contact scanning.

This machine includes an auto probe collector, and our probe size starting from dia 1.5mmX40mm to dia 5mmX80mm.

This machine has a C99L controller, and which supports calypso software and bed size of X=700mm, Y=700mm, and Z=600mm.

The linear uncertainty of this machine is 1.8µ+L/300, where L is the length of the part.

Dynascan Profile Projector:

This machine has a magnification of both 10x and 20x which enables us to measure profile dimensions of close tolerance.

Measuring range is X=200mm , Y=150mm and focusing(Y)=100mm.

This machine includes an electronic protractor switchable from degree to decimal i.e 1 minute to 0.01 degree.

Accuracy is +/- (2+L/100)µM, and resolution is 0.001mm.

Mahr Height Gauge:

Digimar 817 CLM.

Excellent accuracy and reliability due to the optical incremental measurement system with the double reader head.

Air bearings system for light and smooth movement.

The measuring range is from 0mm to 600mm and the error limit is (1,8+L/600) L in mm.

Surface Roughness Machine:

This machine has a measuring range Z-axis of ±400µm, the drive X-axis of 50mm.

Adjustable Evaluation length of 0.1 to 50mm(unit:0.1mm) and drive speed of 0.15 1.5mm/s.
